It's important to distinguish the difference between websites as this review is intended for lastminutetravel.com as opposed to lastminute.com (no experience with the second one).

After seeing all the other reviews, I was really worried that this was a scam (please read my full post). I had a great experience for my resort stay in Puerto Rico (Wyndham Grand Rio Mar on August 2022) using this site for booking. I was referred on Google to this site because it had the cheapest rates for the room (compared to Expedia, Kayak, etc). I booked/paid the whole balance for my stay 2 months in advance and called the resort that they had my reservation paid on file (which they did). I had absolutely no issues and saved $300-400 compared to other sites. This company utilizes the Hotelbeds network, which allows them to get discounted rates in bulk that they pass on to the consumer. I did not have to make any changes to my reservation or date so I can not say how easy it is to cancel/change dates. If your plans are set and you aren't going to make any changes, I cannot recommend them highly enough as they don't get the credit they deserve. I felt obliged to put a good review up and will use them again in the future if they offer the best rates.

I have used Lastminute.com before and had no problem so decided to try them again for a trip to Vienna. I selected the hotel and flight option, and the room had an advertised price of £574 per person. When I clicked continue the next page showed the price as £625.90 per person after the travel pack was applied.

I clicked on the chat box to speak to an agent, and got someone named Rose. I queried why the price jumped and she said that is the price of the travel extra pack with discount. I was told I can continue without the travel pack with a more expensive price. I said “so why can’t I continue with the price quoted originally?” To which the reply was “because that is the condition”. I said “so false advertising then” and got the response “no it is not” and you can ring customer services.

I was really disappointed and noted “terrible attitude” to which I got the reply “we don’t change…you need to accept it”. The agent then closed the conversation. I was so shocked, truly unbelievable.

We lost a full flex ticket because they were unable to change dates even they promised to do so. later they claimed the ticket was still active and considered it a no-show. We called multiple times to resolve but without success to resolve the situation. They just repeatedly assured they are still working on it then an auto-generated email from a different company then Bravofly instead Last Minute ended up in spam folder and the 2 weeks response frame in that email never has been brought to our attention nor a call to them was indicative about that 14d time frame or email sent to us.

Booked a 2 bed room in hotel through LastMinuteTravel. When I got to the hotel the hotel said I only had a single bed. When I tried to call the company help line at *******609 I got a recording that it was no longer in operations.
Save you money and peace of mind do not use this company.

Lastminute pretended my flight didn’t exist so i couldn’t change it, I even sent the guy on the phone a forward of the flight confirmation email and he pretty much acted like a spastic. These guys are thieves, look at the reviews and you’ll see I guess

The website says you can cancel for free, an you can cancel for free but they will not refund your money if you book on line, an they do not answer the phone when you call Do not book with this company unless you want to get ripped off

A ticket I booked through Lastminute needed to be changed. And I was in for my worst nightmare ever!
I submitted the date change request which after two weeks was declined by Lastminute. Thereafter, I submitted another request (for a different date) for which 2-3 weeks after I received a quotation. I immediately accepted it. Two days later Lastminute emailed and confirmed that they will make the necessary changes and asked me not to call or email. Three weeks later, they canceled the very same quotation saying the price went up. They cannot honor their own words or the quotation issued by them. They apparently do not refund the fare if you cancel tickets. And worst of all, their customer care- if you contact them they put you on hold and terminate the chat.

Don’t book with this company espically connections flights.

Agent told me as my connection flight was cancelled both flights would be refunded. (Also have it in writing).

I was told refund would take 2 months so I went and booked replacement flights only to be told the agent was wrong and only the impacted flight is refunded.


I now have no refund and over 2k down due to agent misinformation

Fraud. They stole my money and would not provide a toll free number. They owed me a fair refund and did not return what they claimed they would have. I tried many times to get it back but my long standing chat via email was futile and condescending. Stay away. Do not trust.Fraud.

I wish I could give them 0* !!!!!! How can a company exist without customer service, no email _no telephone to contact.
We booked tickets 14/5/2022, unfortunately, it has one ticket mistake in the last name. We contacted them immediately but everyday got same answer " we are dealing with that don't worry sir!" and 1 month already pass, didn't get anything from them, although we were pushing them nearly everyday. Our trip will fly at next week. Now my family like seating on the fire!
